My Mother's Laugh

Adding a short note to something I wrote before about my mother, this is a separate thing that happened several months later, not a continuation of the same event. Was reviewing soil samples in the lab on an unremarkable Tuesday when my mother's laugh came back to me, clear enough that I set my equipment down. No idea why that particular memory showed up with that particular clarity right then. Noting it here because I think small data points are worth recording alongside the bigger ones.
